  Went in this morning to mail out some packages and we were pleasantly surprised by the workers on duty. Both gentlemen at the counter were helpful and courteous. The line moved very fast. When we got to the front the guy even helped us get some smaller flat rate boxes for our items and saved us $10. We were very impressed.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Employees here suck. They talk in such condescending tones as if they actually went to college or found a cure for cancer. They think they’re doing you favors when they really should shut their mouths and do their work with smiles on their faces (especially the old lady at the standalone counter and the old guy with the short hair and glasses). The lines are long because the employees don’t know how to do their jobs and take their sweet time being rude to customers. I hate coming here and speaking to the employees, so I try to avoid them whenever I can. Sometimes I go as far as to drive to the Stockdale Highway location. Avoid this location, even if you have to drive to another city to get what you need. You can thank me later.

  This place lives in it's own reality. The employees aren't helpful. I gave it two stars because it has got to be a bad place to work and I've seen the employees put up with a lot (including me). About a week ago I got a call from the supervisor who asked me if the issue I had resolved itself, I told him no, and he said 'have a good day' and that was the end of the conversation. I can't think of any reputable company in the world where that would be okay.
