- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very dissapointed. Loan tellers (Angel and Beverly) on Oak St proccessed our paperwork to be sent off to loan officer, a week later after calling Safe 1 we are informed they misplaced our loan documents. We then return back to the branch redo paperwork and were promised a phone call the next day by Ms. Rutledge whom we never heard from. After contacting the branch again I was told by Laura that them misplacing our paperwork was our fault. Thankfully Delfina stepped in and took care of her incompetent co-workers debauchery.By Tia Knudson, July 27, 2017
