- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience! The guy who helped me didn't know what he was doing! This guy could barely punch in my numbers right! I mean imagine if they had to calculate on their own, they would F#&K up your $#!T! He just took my W-2 and copied everything from last year, I was like I gave you two W-2s my job changed, so Obviously things changed! Didnt ask me if I had work or school expenses! Even at the end when he didn't ask me I stoped him and requested him to go back and edit it. Every year their prices go up so much! This guy didn't even tell me if I have them take their fees out of my tax return it would charge me for that, found out after I got in my car and decided to take a look at the paper work! So I gave them a bad survey, Now the manager won't stop calling me! I don't want your bloody coupon for next year! Oh the same coupon you guys gave my parents because they didn't get their taxes done from you guys last year, but I didnt get one because I did get my taxes done from you guys last year TOO! Well this was my last! And I won't recommend you to anyone! I will actually tell people how shady you guys are and how you guys F#&K up people's taxes!
