- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First I wanna say I have been going to this lady for the past 2 or 3 years, she is a nice lady is what i thought at first, this last time I realized she has NEVER told me what her fee is. Also when I asked her questions about my refund she gave me incorrect info I feel as if shes lazy she does not go out of her way for her customers she just cares about getting paid. since I got my federal back already she doesnt seem to care to help with questions about my state check that still i have not yet receieved niether has my mother and she also went there. She lies just to get you to do your services with her. When I asked about filing for my 2012 tax return she was so sure it was going to go through with no issues, later finding out if its passed 3 years back its not guranteed when I called to ask her and reassure she stated yes that it was not a for sure thing when at first she never mentioned it to me. She chargers way too much 350 when at other places it is way cheaper better service honesty and not with her i suggest if you do not want any issues do not go here please!!!!By Karina O, March 28, 2017
