  Start wearing body cams so that it doesn't seem like a cover up when you say a 120 pound woman levelled a 200 pound officer. Or send him to do more PT.

  Later today I visited this police department with my sister to file a police report about an incident that happened yesterday because a man kept following us at khols and we felt very unsafe, the man followed us everywhere in the store from the juniors clothing department to the women's and also to the cosmetics area (btw I'm 18 so of course I was scared that a strange man kept following us. Like what normal man does that? I mean of course his intentions weren't good): . he also followed us out of the store with an empty khols bag, I know for a fact that he didn't buy anything because he wasn't in line to purchase anyways he saw that we were with other people in our vehicle so he just got in his car and continued looking at us. We didn't leave the parking lot until he drove away but he didn't he continued driving in circles in the parking lot. We ended up leaving when he was out of our sight. That night we were looking on a Facebook page called neighborhood watch, 3 different women stated the same incident happened to them as well, one of them stated that it's human sex trafficking . Another lady said that two men were following her in Michaels craft store (exactly by khols, in the same shopping center) and that they kept getting very close to her as if to trap her in an isle alone, she felt that something wasn't right so she started to walk to an employee at Michaels to tell them that she was being followed but as she did they took off out of the store. So today when I went to file a report the police were of no help to us. They told us that there was nothing they can do. And that legally he didn't do anything wrong. They didn't even offer to patrol that area. So I guess they aren't going to prevent anything before something bad happens...I mean isn't that what they are supposed to do you know protect their citizens isn't that why they wear a badge. Anyways we were very upset about that, that kind of ruined our day because obviously who can you really depend on to ensure your safety.
