- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★What a great jewelery store! And I love how friendly and engaging Kathy Robbins was with me! If you're not sure what to buy, Kathy is the perfect person to ask. She helped me find the perfect earrings and necklace set for a special occasion. Tip: Have them explain how they rate their diamonds. Kathy showed me how they don't rate their diamonds in the store (unlike some other large chain stores do). Rather they are graded by a third party. It ensures that you're getting a high quality diamond from them and they aren't artificially raising the diamond's "grade" to mark up the cost.By Heather Wight, August 14, 2017
