  This bank is the same as the one on Oswell! You have enough money to sit in your comfy chairs but not enough to make sure you're fully staffed? You have employees trying to get me to sign up but how do you expect me to be with your bank of you can't even spend your own money wisely to have a full staff?! It's down to two teller, had to wait 30 minutes to get through one line of seven people. I get its not the staff problem but perhaps management or the higher ups could have the decency to hire on some more people!!!

  I am a non-US person so my needs are not as easily met or known about when compared to US persons opening accounts etc. This branch, principally Mr. Oscar Mendez, went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and gave me all the information I needed to successfully open joint Savings and Checking accounts. He made sure my wife and I completed all the necessary forms and made sure everything worked and I could make online transfers etc. (another well-known bank missed many things and I had to return and fill out additional forms, and still the online banking had many restrictions for non-US persons and I had to close it..). He took his time and took good care of us and treated us like big customers although we definitely aren't. After we were finished, his supervisor also came to make sure we were satisfied with the service and knew what we were getting in to. Oscar has already responded quickly to several questions and concerns I emailed him about. Oscar deserves several Oscars for his 5-star performance! :-)
