  I went in today to cash a "Wells Fargo check" I received the worse customer service ever. I told the teller that I do not have my debit card but I do have a business account. She ignored my statement and continued to proceed as a non Wells Fargo customer. She then said she could not cash the check because of the phone number on the check. The check was registered and good to go but because of rudeness and laziness she would not listen and her rude pregnant supervisor continued with more attitude. After I had my payroll company contact them they then cashed the check with attitude. The teller told me they have to do this for non customers. Again, I told her I have a business account, you didn't listen the first time, and again I am a customer. I would really hate to come back to this market and head to Wells Fargo for any transaction. Just horrible experience.

  I tried to cancel my checking and savings account three times. Each time, I was charged a overdraft fee because they would charge me for not having money in my checking account (the "closed" account). Just now I received an email saying they are sending me a new card for the account I supposedly closed weeks ago. On my third attempt of closing the account, the bank said they would call me to update me on the closure, which they never did. After waiting for weeks, I called the Wells Fargo customer service line (not this specific bank) and the gentleman closed the account. Hopefully it works. Each of my visits to this bank over this issue was not pleasant for they continually attempted to persuade me to keep my account and in the end, over a 2-3 month issue, never cancelled my account. All this bank wanted from me was my money and did not care for my needs at all and or have no idea what they are doing. This is my first ever review I have ever written and I feel this story needs to be told! I like Wells Fargo and their other facilities but the one on Ming Ave is horrible. Please save yourself the trouble and travel a bit farther for a different facility.
