  I use the UPS team for many of the American Heart Association's printing and promotional projects. Their team is extremely friendly, and they have excellent customer service! Not to mention they have incredible prices, which is crucial for us as a non-profit. There is no place in Bakersfield where you can get better pricing than with UPS. Truly, I've checked. They can work extremely quickly, sometimes turning simple print requests around in just a few hours. I would highly recommend using The UPS Store for any printing and promo services--especially if you are a non-profit!

  I use the UPS team for Bakersfield Heart Hospital’s print projects and promotional items. The team is very friendly, they take pride in their work and exhibit excellent customer service. I always appreciate a business that works to make my life easier. I have requested print projects with very short deadlines, and they are always happy to meet and usually exceed my expectations. Their prices are extremely competitive and in most cases, much lower than I have paid elsewhere with the same or even better quality. I would highly recommend using this UPS Store for printing and promo services!

  These guys honestly have the old-fashioned "we will do whatever it takes to provide good service" attitude that is so completely refreshing and satisfying. I am always coming up with ideas at the last minute, and they graciously get the job done, and beautifully. I don't know the words to describe my amazement at the lengths they are willing to go to to get my cards out, and delivered when I want them to be there. Their creative staff went over and above what I asked for on our Christmas card, and it came out 10 times better than what I had originally thought up. I love having these kind of people as my "go-to", they are the best!!.

  I got a great deal online for printing biz cards that would be ready by Saturday. On Friday I was invited to an after-hours networking event - friendly and helpful staff stepped up and got my cards ready over a day early, and in time for my event. Thanks!
