- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible Shipping Service!! Will not honor insurance!! Sent 3 packages 1 of which I had them package and ship. Insured all items for $3800. Was denied the claims on all 3 packages. All 3 packages ended up broken and it was obvious the store was at fault since all 3 packages broke. UPS finds ways out of their insurance. WIll never ship with them again and we do a TON of shipping. I own pawn shop and had used UPS previously for shipping my items but never will again!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!!! $4000 insurance for no reason!!!! Go with another company that will actually honor their insurance.By Kameron K, April 12, 2017
