- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆these people working for the bank of Sierra here on Mt Vernon are very rude and disrespectful they do not know how to provide good customer service to their loyal customers. They are very disrespectful when asking a simple action to be done on your account. When I signed up for Bank of the Sierra I was not told about any policies that would include Saturday Sunday Monday as being one business day.. I was told by the people in this location that Saturday Sunday and Monday are all one business day no that's incorrect and I disagreed with that lady and after that I believe she tried to steal my information do not come to Bank of the Sierra on the east side they will try and take your informationIBy Megan Redman, July 10, 2017
