- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Truth be told, this office is organized and is trying to get you through the process as fast as possible. There are a lot of people, but all of them (including myself) didn't make an appointment. An appointment was available the next day, but after waiting through half the line, I decided to stick with it. The attitude of the workers is not bad considering that they deal with some "smartless" people all day long. One attendant was going through the line asking people what they were here for in order to help speed up the process. Good for them. They don't really have to care about your time, but to me, it was obvious that they do care and are trying their best. Thank you DMV.By Lupe Sandoval, August 04, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Long lines and rude staff. Even if you make an appointment, you'll have to wait at least 2 hours. Illegals getting their free IDs and licenses came before me, which I felt was unfair. I saw one pull out and hit someone, then they took off. My permit took about 2 hours, and they don't let you smile for your picture? What the heck?By William Ryan, January 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Friendly enough staff. But still CA bs when inside so doesn't matter. It is their job to be nice to the public and it is their job to know the law and system they represent.
